We take your privacy seriously, and what you share with us during coaching is treated as confidential. We will not share your personal information, story, or circumstances without your permission, except when disclosure is required by law or we reasonably believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or another person, or abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person is disclosed.

Any testimonial, story, or experience we share publicly will only be done with your express permission. You may revoke this permission in writing at any time for future use; revocation does not apply retroactively to material already published.

Coaching sessions may be recorded for your own access and review. Recordings are shared only with session participants and are not distributed publicly or to any third party without written consent from everyone involved.

In short: what you tell us in coaching stays between us. The only exceptions are when the law requires disclosure, when we believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or when abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person is disclosed to us. We will never use your testimonial, story, or experience publicly without your express, specific permission.
